Information Days with Tour Presentation

A successful journey begins with good planning and organization, especially if you want to go off the beaten track. That is why we offer so-called information meetings for interested parties several times a year.

In addition to the presentations, there are tips and tricks on equipment, requirements and administrative hurdles for the various trips. A particularly important element of the event is the exchange with other interested and like-minded people.

We organize an information meeting in autumn, on a weekend in September or October. Here we present the trips from the catalog published in August for the coming season. Since 2023 there has also been an additional summer meeting in mid-August.

Another information event will take place in March or early April, where the current trips will be presented again, with a focus on tours that can still be booked. But the new projects for the following season are already being presented.

Prior registration is not required. However, registrations help us to provide sufficient space and staff and to send you a detailed program in advance.

Apart from that there are pre-tour meetings on most of the tours, for which we invite the participants upon booking.
