We have travelled along the Spanish Atlantic coast several times, but usually only visited the absolute highlights, since we were already on the return journey of our Camino de Santiago tour.

This tour will show you the most important places on the north coast of the Iberian Peninsula, which the Romans called “Hispania” 2000 years ago. San Sebastian, Bilbao, Santander, Oviedo, A Coruna and Vigo are cities that showcase their respective regions and locations and, while sharing some similarities, also have a lot of interesting differences.

Small fishing villages on the coast, long beaches, bizarre bays and the mountains in the Picos de Europa National Park will impress you. The kitchen and gastronomy, with good local products, are another way of getting to know the culture of the region.

An individual arrival and departure as well as days at leisure offer hikers, cyclists and other recreational athletes time to explore the area.
